Day 5 Moving Time

We started off normally and we all went to the bathroom or to shower with the essential things. out of mind and all that we did was set up breakfast and lunch bags ready. So, we can have that ready but it did take us quite a while to pack everything up from the camp and have the trailer ready to leave. We had to unhook things and put things away and throw what is not necessary away. I had to pack up my stuff early in the morning and set away my supplies into the truck so we could leave or was it a van? Anyway, we did take a while to travel to the new camp place.  It was pretty easy to get there and it was a beautiful sight it was pretty open we didn't have to struggle to walk anywhere it was pretty even ground. You could see a lake that was man-made. It was located a little bit higher on the hill and a river or creek was right next to the place where we were camping. That probably did make the mosquito problem later in the day. But it may come from the creek or the tree nursery was...

Day 4 The night of fear

We proceeded by collecting the waters that have been incubated for fungus and bacteria looking in the datasheet. What could happen the further days of incubation and the further the colonies slowly grow the first sample was some tap water that was found in our local fountains. Then we checked on the creek water we got from the last day's adventures and the woods with the firefighters. We compared the two samples after the machine was slowly growing the colonies within it. There weren't that many visible changes except small spots and coloration in the cell dishes. There were four colonies in one.      I was expecting then I made a good idea on trying to make a movie night. We managed to convince everyone to watch movie night and we watched "Antlers" yeah probably was a bad idea trying to watch a horror movie in the woods. While heard animals Running about around us there was a dog that looked like it was a mixture of a pitbull and a Germa...

Day 3 Drone photos

Wake up earlier this day I just walked around the area just for a little exercise. Because lately, I've been just sitting down more than anything else trying to get the blood flowing as usual. Everyone started waking up. I proceeded to help them out and got what we needed and our Lunch is ready to go We head to firefighters' stations in the area the Spokane firefighters may control the forest fires or make control forest fires mostly to control the spread of disease between plants and trees. Also, do animal control if possible but at times there are some people that will cost more tree destruction whenever they find a valuable tree species. For every tree, cut need to plant five or 15 tree saplings nearby within a square mile people have to have permission to cut the trees and have permission in certain areas. To be able to cut wood the companies can't just cut down trees whenever they want before we went back to camp. We head by a creek that was nearby the highway through...

Day 2 Visiting The Spokane Tribal Hatchery

Image
Last night I didn't really get that much sleep because of a large rainstorm happening honestly I thought It was going to overflow my tent. For some reason because the water was dropping into the tent but it was just condensation going through the tent it wasn't the water. But later in the morning I woke up to take a shower and proceeded to try to get ready for the day. Packed up everything and cleaned up my tent as everyone started waking up, I tried to offer to help out set up for breakfast and we had that we talked to her on how what we're going to do today. We were going to go to a fish hatchery focusing on trying to bring back the salmon to Spokane, it's nice to see people trying to bring back animals that used to flourish in Spokane we went to the egg Hatchery and we met three people. Tom Peone - fish Hatchery manager Casey Fannigan- water fish project manager Calvin Fisher- a water resource specialist fish biologist  The main goal of the fish hatchery was to help ...

First Night away From Home

On the first day, I woke up pretty early I had to the campus to try to help out and get to know my companions throughout the trip. We got everything organized and packed and everything Essentials for every single person had their own tent laundry bag some notes and notebooks to document things I carried my regular backpack and a duffel bag with me and the first day yes I was a little paranoid at someone might steal my stuff what are you going to do its natural instinct.      Anyways we went off towards our destination I don't know where because most of the time I don't even know what day it is I just live through the flow at the moment and that's why I tend to have very bad habits or not taking pictures and documenting the environments I was in but I have a very good memory on the sites I experienced we went through a lot of grassy Hills and Farms I really love the Farms because it was a good mixture of yellow and green making it look like a tall gra...
